• Blizzard's Twitter account for customer support has published numerous updates to D2R Ladder Items let players know it is aware of the issues players are facing, and of the efforts of the team to implement solutions. The account has repeatedly tweeted on Twitter that "Today's games and login problem have been resolved," but these maintenance efforts only seem to temporarily address the problem.
  
  Users have taken to Twitter or Reddit to talk about their experiences attempting to participate in Diablo II: Resurrected. Although some players on r/Diablo have shared memes about game's login problems, others have said that the problems have led them to "i would like a full refund area."
  
  Even though Blizzard's Support Twitter account has frequently expressed gratitude to players for their patience, some players have become frustrated with the continual issues, and have started their own hashtag, #RefundD2R. "Damn you guys! Login issues occur every single day," one person tweeted along with the hashtag, and another player who was furious posted, "same day, same time the same channel. This is truly unbelievable. 5 days in this crap."
