Overview
- With regards to how we play the game, we're always WOW WOTLK Classic Gold aware of the new players that are coming in. We're still seeing a large number of new players whenever we release an expansion that is hard to believe. There's people out there that don't have played World of Warcraft ! And so every new expansion, and every time we release a patch, we attempt to tweak it, make it a little less difficult for people who are just who are joining us.
It's always a trade off in that we don't want to abandon our experienced players, however, we don't want to separate those who are new to the degree that they're not able to enjoy the broader community. We're constantly tweaking. There are little details and some features scattered around, however we'll keep the eye on them.
With all the new features what do you do to approach all these new things that are being added to Battle for Azeroth balanced against your previous features and features that you've already added in the past?
It's fun! We'll always mark a specific aspect or two of an expansion , as I'm not wanting to call it experimental, but something that we're prepared to let go during the next expansion. Like, we looked at Garrisons. Many wanted their own, custom-designed space. We took a lot of lessons from that and I'm certain that certain of these features made their way forward into order halls , as well as the missions and followers that we encountered in Legion. But the idea of being cooped up in your garrison and not being out and about--we thought that wasn't something that we'd like to introduce and make part of core WoW.
That's the fun of expansions. We can try new things; we keep evolving and making it better. And the stuff that was OK, but does not provide enough motivation for us in the long run to commit to it.
It's not a secret that Blizzcon 2017 brought some incredible surprises in almost all Blizzard game. World of Warcraft got a new map and a new hero. World of Warcraft answered our queries about what's going on with the old servers. World of Warcraft got a new expansion. The Heroes of the Storm was a new set of heroes. There were some things that were missing.
The most apparent absence was one that we knew prior to the show: no big World of Warcraft news. The two World of Warcraft games, World of Warcraft Remastered and the unconfirmed (but probably) World of Warcraft were absent from the current Blizzcon. However, the other things we'd rather have seen were a little more subtle.
In the video above, Erick Tay and I go over a few items we were hoping to attend Blizzcon that didn't actually make an appearance, like the Blizzard animated movie or World of Warcraft remastered.
If you missed any of the announcements that did actually happen during the cheap WOTLK Gold convention You can keep the latest news and news from Blizzcon right here. What do you'd rather Blizzard could have discussed that didn't end up in the convention this year? Tell us about it via the comment section below!
