Overview

  • I know I know... I'm not much of a famous member. In fact, I haven't participated much in such forums throughout these 6 years. I mainly played came here to read Sal's guides that are amazing. I can still remember my very first day in Runescape. Back then I was just a teenager, eager to play runescape since OSRS gold I thought it was amazing I could play a character and simply roam around a complete entire world and go wherever I wanted. .

I took my function as an adventurer"seriously" and was ready to fight anything or anyone with my wooden guard and bronze player. Back then, my favorite skills were mining and smithing because I wished to make full iron armor and was excited to make more due to all the colorful armors on the market (mithril lol). And where did I go to find out about runescape? Sal's Realm of Runescape of course! A lot has changed in runescape during those years... and sadly, many of these were not very good.

I hated bot nuke day and its infernal lag, I did not enjoy dungeoneering, I hated the fact that I couldn't earn money selling armor in the market (smithing became very unworthy ), and I really hated the fact that there were many scammers in sport (I clicked a video with a"link" to a bogus runescape.com where my password has been stolen... yes, it happens even to the most seasoned players) and all of my dragon armor has been stolen (mercifully, my money was safe in the bank). Each these matters were important difficulties, but there were two important aspects that made me leave: 1. Jagex had such poor customer support... it is almost as though they didn't care that I got scammed. 2. Rather than fixing the game, Jagex came up with the original idea of bringing back runescape 2007, as if this was a solution. . I would return but have been so busy with my senior year in the college, it seems I do not have time. Although a lot of those problems I mentioned still exist, I'll always love this game for the good memories it's given me.

How could I forget the moment I defeated Elvarg in Dragon Slayer? How can I forget the minute I finished The Chosen Commander? So many memorable quests I could mention! Anyway, although I do not think I will come back anytime soon, I hope this community will continue to exist for many many years. Thank you Runescape and Old School RuneScape Gold Thank you Sal for your own guides! Hi everyone! At Jagex HQ we've observed the Ironman Challenge burst in popularity and have enjoyed watching gamers take on the challenge in youtube videos and livestreams!
