    Many RPGs have a tendency to begin slow and dull. But you can say it's all preference. You might end up not enjoying PSO2, but since it's f2p, all you have to lose is the time and effort to see whether you end up enjoying it. Until I pushed hard enough into end-game, I could not find the appeal. Honestly these games actually need far better progression (FFXIV particularly ) because it is still horrid to make it through. However, end-game is fun and challenging if its combat is tab-targeting. It is a bit like that with PSO2, only because I was a fan of Phantasy Star so it did not take long for me to understand how much I enjoy it.

    I would not say it really"picks up" however, the regions become far more diverse and far more impressive the further you move. The 6 or so areas were there in the beginning or near the start of the launch of Phantasy Star Online 2. The forest is most certainly the. The majority of Phantasy Star Online 2 is to attempt and construct your character through gear and leveling. To do that you undertake timed Emergency Quests that help facilitate this but also serve to utilize all you've assembled your personality with. What is the purpose of it all? Not a whole lot. Phantasy Star Online 2 has progressively more challenging and progressively more enjoyable, but beyond that it's really just how much you can invest in your own character and feel proud about it.     Like you I did the contracts but noticed I skipped all the story missions in which they send you. Additionally, I noticed that there are 3 distinct episodes that were in Phantasy Star Online 2 but not readily available to perform during beta. So I am sure when it's released, more story content will be available. What it came down to for pso2 buying meseta me was that I liked loop is ground by the loot, most important the fighting mechanisms and the leveling were very enjoyable. All that stuff quarters and the Casino was a wonderful distraction. But if you did not find some of the enjoyable it may not be a name for you.
