It doesn't even matter. To be truthful when they autologize users even when they are fighting at, say giant spiders, bandsits and OSRS Gold any other training locations, I don't believe anybody has been banned - - and this wouldn't be prohibitable, I'd guess - from AFK'ing. It's not as if Jagex has a video camera of you while you're playing. But, yeah, if you get away, technically you're AFK but watching youtube while fishing, or doing work while fishing is alright.
Thanks! This is the kind of response I was looking for. What I've learned is that if I am still in the room then it's okay. If I leave for a moment to go to the bathroom or for something else, it is alright. If I stay for a long time that's not acceptable. You will not be banned, but it's technically bannable. In light of how difficult it is to prove - I'm pretty certain Jagex isn't aware of whether you were on forums or anything else - it doesn't matter.
If I'm on my PC, it's okay? All is fine. It's not a problem to be banned from AFK training. The whole concept seems absurd to me. The idea is to get you to stay in Runescape at all times. It's not like using a bot if you AFK train therefore what's the big difference.
There's no task that cannot be accomplished with hard money and a reliable set of tools, and keeping this in mind we've made some highly-requested usability improvements to both the Money Pouch and Tool Belt.
Below the mini-map's interface, there's a small icon depicting an assortment of coins. In the future, coins can be put in this place rather than within your account, if you would prefer. You can right-click them to put them into the money pouch of Cheap RS Gold your inventory. Keep in mind that the coins are safe from being destroyed if you die unless they are in your inventory at the time you die in the Wilderness.
