  In the end, I believe RuneScape is strong enough to be able to celebrate its 30th anniversary due to the way that portable and Steam version of the game have introduced the game to a new market. I'll certainly be around for the latest adventures OSRS Gold, especially when they feature penguins or changes to the Construction skill and, if I need some time off, I can come back anytime to Old School RuneScape.
  
  It's possible to play a game for 1,000 hours, however this doesn't mean you're enjoying it. We've all seen the meme of someone giving an unfavorable Steam review with more than 5000 hours in their account. Let's face it that's not the case anymore.
  
  I've put hundreds of hours in Fallout 4, and I could have had fun with about five of them. The rest was just a promise of entertainment, with that bloody 'kill, loot, return' gameplay loop that tricked my brain into thinking I was having fun. I've read your comments about Skyrim and how you've come crawling back to it over and over. This is pathetic for all of us.
  
  Then what's old School RuneScape? I have no idea. It's not difficult to recognize the time sink games as they take over your life and you then complain about it on the internet. However, RuneScape is completely different. When I'm not playing, I'm not able to formulate an opinion about the game. I simply listen to the songs in my head and feel a gravitational pull bringing me back to it. I realized that the music was playing not on my mobile was a mistake. My family hasn't spoken to me for days.
  
  RuneScape was one of the pioneers. It was a game purely focussed on engagement, which doesn't necessarily have to go along with having fun. But that's not to suggest that these two games are mutually exclusive however, it's just you can find ways to play even when you're not having fun.
  
  RuneScape also happens to be one of the most efficient at what it does. I've been watching the fan documentary RuneScape Historical Timeline 1998 2000 osrs account services, about the growth of the game (it really has taken over all areas to my personal life) and the developers were stunned to see players max out stats in months, rather than years.
