Blizzard confirms that Diablo 4 is still getting Set Items, though you'll likely be waiting until post-launch to
buy cheap Diablo IV Gold utilize them in game.
Game director Joe Shely explains during a recent roundtable interview that reimaging sets in a manner that is compatible with Diablo 4 properly wouldn't be possible until the beginning of next year, although the team is looking at having them included in their live streaming service.
"As we've been developing the game, we thought like we could evolve sets in a different manner that is different from what we've experienced from Diablo 3. We needed additional time to incorporate them in a way that would work perfectly with the rest of Diablo 4, so you won't be seeing sets when you first start within the game." Shely explains. "We think sets are awesome, and we're looking to be sure that they're done right - which is why we're taking a look towards for live play."
