Internal circulating water system: The circulating water is heated up through heat transfer and then enters the heat exchanger (cooling coils), The waste heat is exchanged by contacting the falling spray water through the out shell of the coil, and forms saturated hot and humid air alternately with the dry and cold air inlet during at the bottom of the cooling tower (on both sides or all sides). Then the cooled circulating water is sent to the heat source by the circulating pump of the system. External circulating water system: The spray water is sent from the lower water tank to the upper water distribution pipe by the spray water pump, and the water spray contact with the heat exchanger pipe. Part of the water in evaporation with heat, and these heat is dis-charged by the top fan, and water vapor is blocked back by the special structure of the de-hydrator then fall into the collection tank to circulate again. Characteristics:
1. Compact Structure The counter-flow closed CTI cooling tower has four faces for wind inlet, which is relatively uniform. The inner structure of the tower is more compact, reducing the footprint and meeting the needs of user space. Under the same occupation area, the heat transfer efficiency is higher than that of other models.
2. High efficiency There is a large height difference between the air inlet and outlet, and will not to short flow, which can ensure that the saturation humidity of the inlet air is relatively low. And the arrangement of the fan ensures the uniform distribution of air volume, less heat dissipation blind area and sufficient heat exchange.
3. Easy for installation We can combine the tower with auxiliary together to be a whole suit, it will be convenient for customers to operate, and easy to transportation & installation.
