If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your pick-up time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time will incur a €50 deduction for fully prepaid bookings; if the total payment is less than €50, no refund will be issued. All cancellations must be made through the Carhire Bosnia online portal.
In the case of a "no-show," you will not be refunded if you do not notify us of your cancellation in advance, fail to pick up the car on time, do not provide sufficient documentation, or do not have a valid credit card.
