    وامزجه باليدين حتى يصبح لديك فتات...
    أضف اللبن الذي تم تفعيله بالخميرة إلى
    الطحين وابدأ في عجن العجينة...
    أضف ماء دافئ تدريجيا أثناء العجن حتى
    تحصل على عجينة ناعمة ومطاطية...
    ضع العجينة في وعاء مدهون بالقليل من
