The RLCS has modified its layout a touch this season. There are going to be two stages to RL Trading  the championship with one taking region prior to the activities taking region between 12 August, 2022, and 14 August, 2022.

A World Championship Wild Card event will precede the World Championship Main occasion. The World Championship Wild Card occasion will include sixteen teams who haven’t already qualified for the primary occasion and could face off in a Swiss layout. The eight high-quality aspects from the wildcard occasion will have to win 3 video games to qualify for the World Championship Main event

The World Champions Main occasion will now involve the 8 teams that RL Prices qualified from the Wildcard Event and those that had qualified without delay for the primary event. The World Championship Main Event will consist of double elimination groups with 8 groups in every. The pinnacle 4 sides from each institution will then face every different in a single-removal bracket earlier than the 2 finalists face off to be anointed Rocket League World Champions.
