After trailing 3-0 midway through the game, Team Great Britain stormed back with three goals of their own to draw even before Ben Davis scored the game-winner in overtime, securing Team Great Britain's spot in the top pool for 2020 and shockingly demoting Team France, who have been in the top since 2008, to Division I Group A as preliminary action winds down at the 2019 IIHF Men's World Championships
