The Toronto Raptors have taken a 3-1 lead in the 2019 NBA Finals Presented by YouTube TV as they defeat the Golden State Warriors by a final score of 105-92 tonight in Oakland. Kawhi Leonard registered a career-high for points in an NBA Finals game as he led the Raptors with 36 points (11-22 FG, 5-9 3pt FG), 12 rebounds and 4 steals, while Serge Ibaka came off the bench to contribute 20 points (9-12 FG) and 2 blocks in the victory.
Leonard has now tallied 14 30-point games this postseason, joining Michael Jordan (14x), Hakeem Olajuwon, Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant (2x) and LeBron James as the only players in NBA Playoffs history with 14+ such games in a single postseason. Additionally, 8 of Leonard’s 14 30-point games have come on the road. Only Kobe Bryant (9 in 2008-09, 8 in 2009-10) and LeBron James (8 in 2016-17) have done so in 8 or more road games in a single postseason in NBA Playoffs history.
