The Heat went a 21-8 run to end the game, defeating the Kings, 89-88 tonight in Sacramento. Kendrick Nunn led the Heat with 27 points (9-20 FG, 4-8 3pt FG) to go with 5 rebounds and 3 assists, as Yante Maten followed with 21 points and 9 rebounds in the victory. Hollis Thompson led the Kings with 18 points (7-12 FG) and 5 rebounds, while Eric Mika tallied 13 points (6-9 FG) and 14 rebounds in the losing effort. With the win, the Heat improve their record to 2-0, while the Kings fall to 1-1 at the California Classic.
