Behind the first triple-double of NBA Summer League 2019 by Bruce Brown (11 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists), the Pistons defeated the 76ers, 96-81. Additionally for the Pistons, Matt Costello had a game-high 18 points (6-15 FG) and 7 rebounds in the victory. Matisse Thybulle led the 76ers with 12 points (4-8 FG), 2 rebounds and 3 assists, as Zhaire Smith added 11 points (4-8 FG), 2 rebounds and 2 assists in the losing effort. With the win, the Mavericks improve their record to 3-1, while the 76ers fall to 1-3 in the MGM Resorts NBA Summer League 2019.
