We may have just witnessed the most surreal week in American sports history. And that is not an overreaction.
The sports calendar was getting ready to REV up and then Utah Jazz's Rudy Gobert tested positive for coronavirus...
And in a span of 24 hours every major sports league put into perspective how serious the coronavirus situation is for our country. The NBA, NHL, MLB and MLS suspended their seasons. And maybe the biggest gut punch: the NCAA canceled March Madness.
Our reporters cover it all and I provide historical context on past events that have been canceled or impacted by outside forces. One of the few sports still planning to provide some escape from reality is IndyCar, we sat down with Josef Newgarden to preview the upcoming season.
I also provide a little escapism, as I predict where Tom Brady and the other top free agent QBs land. Hey... at this point, that's all we got!
Let's roll.
