Guenther Steiner has been pivotal to the recent success of the Haas team with the team transforming themselves in the new era of F1 and showing strong progress after halting development in 2021.
As the sport becomes more Americanised with three Grand Prix on the calendar in 2023 with the induction of both Miami and Las Vegas thanks to the growing popularity of the sport in the United States, it's worth asking the question of if Haas can keep up with the hype.
Haas is the sole American team on the F1 grid and therefore will naturally see their fanbase grow within the country as people look to support their own, which in turn means more media duties and sponsor obligations.
The team principal Guenther Steiner has been vocal in an interview with Crash.net that he prefers to stay away from the limelight, but with growing interest in himself and his team, he is being forced into becoming more of a prevalent figure in the paddock.
