Kayla Banwarth is participating in her first Olympic Games in 2016. She was named Best Receiver at the 2015 NORCECA Championship. As part of the U.S. Olympic Volleyball Team video series, Kayla talks about some inspiring words she received from former U.S. Women's and Men's Olympic Head Coach Hugh McCutcheon, her decision not to play professionally overseas and what made the 2014 FIVB World Championship team so special.
