Rose Bowl’s Rex Maurer edged Sim Neptun’s Keaton Jones in the men’s 500-yard free at the 2021 Speedo Winter Junior Championships - West.
Maurer held off a hard-charging Jones with a 4:15.40 for the win, while Jones touched second in 4:15.54.
FAST’s Matthew Chai rounded out the podium with a third-place effort of 4:17.05.
