Anthony Simonsen defeated Jason Belmonte in the semi final and EJ Tackett in the final to win his third major tournament on the PBA tour. With Simonsen's victory at the 2022 US Open of bowling, he becomes the youngest bowler to win three majors in PBA history at the age of 25.
