Starting the year ranked 107 in the world, Bianca Andreescu burst onto the scene with a win at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells. However, a shoulder injury forced her out of the French Open and kept her from the tour for nearly 2 months. Tennis Channel spoke with her right before her historic wins at Rogers Cup and the US Open, where she cemented her place in the top tier of the WTA.
