The 2018 Make a Splash Tour presented by Phillips 66 visited 4 cities nationwide with a larger-than-life kickboard and an amazing line up of athletes including: Missy Franklin, Cullen Jones , Nathan Adrian , Josh Davis, Caeleb Dressel, Rowdy Gaines, Andrew Gemmell, Katie Ledecky, Ryan Lochte, Ryan Murphy, and Reece Whitley.
