Swimming veteran and Tokyo 2020 Olympic qualifier Ashley Twitchell comes to Greensboro to race in her first pool meet since the 2019 World Championships. Hoping to stand in her way at the Women's 1500m Freestyle are are 19 year old Kate Sanderson, Badger Swim Club's Emily Gjertsen, and NC State alum Hannah Moore. Who will come out on top in Heat 1?
