IM veteran Chase Kalisz (Bel Air, Md./Athens Bulldog Swim Club) turned in a first-place swim, touching in 1:59.72. Kalisz and Carson Foster (Montgomery, Ohio/University of Texas), who went 1:59.82, were the only swimmers in the competition to post swims under two minutes.
