Carmel’s Devon Kitchell topped the field in the women’s 200-yard IM at the 2021 Speedo Winter Junior Championships - East. Kitchell earned the win in 1:56.39 with Carmel teammate Alex Shackell clinching second in 1:57.78. Greater Somerset’s Emily Thompson placed third overall in 1:58.29.
